¡¡Bueno días a todos!! Como podéis comprobar, este mes nos hemos unido a varios retos o grupos nuevos. Empecé el mes con el reto "Reposteras por Europa", y hoy, tercer jueves del mes, os traigo esta receta para el grupo americano #BundtBaker.

#BundtBakers es un grupo de amantes de los Bundt, que se reúnen una vez al mes para hornear bundts con un ingrediente o temática en común. El anfitrión y la temática, o ingrediente, se va turnando cada mes.
*El tema este mes es el caramelo, y nuestra creativa anfitriona es Lauren con su blog Sew You Think You Can Cook.

* RECETA EN ESPAÑOL:
INGREDIENTES:
-180g de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente.
-4 huevos a temperatura ambiente.
-350g de harina
-1 y 1/2 cucharadita de levadura
-100g de azúcar.
-100g de azúcar morena.
-200ml de leche a temperatura ambiente
-Unos 125ml de caramelo
ELABORACIÓN:
1.Precalentar el horno a 180ºC.
2.Engrasar el molde que vayamos a utilizar, con spray antiadherente o mantequilla y harina. Yo en este caso uso el spray, y más usando este con forma de castillo que está lleno de recovecos.
3.Tamizar la harina junto a la levadura en un recipiente, y reservar.
4.Comenzar batiendo la mantequilla junto a los dos tipos de azúcar, durante unos 5 minutos a velocidad media, hasta que los azúcares queden completamente integrados.
5.Agregar el primer huevo, cuando esté completamente integrado añadir, el segundo, y así con los demás.
6.Añadir el caramelo, y batir hasta integrar por completo.

9.Ahora agregar el segundo tercio de harina con levadura, y volver a mezcla hasta integrar.
10.Añadir el resto de leche e integrar bien de nuevo.
12.Verter la mezcla en el molde e introducir en el horno.
13.Hornear durante unos 45 o 50 minutos, con la rejilla en la mitad del horno, y el calor solo abajo, o hasta que al pincharlo con un cuchillo éste salga completamente limpio.
14.Dejar reposar durante unos 5 minutos, y después desmoldar sobre una rejilla y dejar enfriar por completo.
15.Yo no le puse nada por encima porque me gustó como quedó tal cual, sin embargo, con algo de azúcar glas por encima, o con un glaseado ligero seguro que queda genial
ENGLISH RECIPE:

-100g of dark brown sugar
-200ml of milk.

2.Grease and flour the bundt pan you've chooses, set a side. In this case I choose de Castle-Bundt pan.
3.In an other bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set a side.
4.In the mixer bowl, with a paddle attachment, beat together both kinds of sugar and butter until smooth.
5.Add the eggs, one at a time, and continue to beat until the eggs are fully incorporated.
6.Add the caramel, and beat until smoth.

7.Now add 1/3 of the flour, and beat until combined.
8.Add 1/2 of the milk, and beat until smooth.
9.Now add again 1/3 of flour, beat, then the rest of milk and beat again.
10.Add the flour that's left, and beat until well combined.
11.Pour the batter into our pan and get into de oven.
12.Bake for around 45 o 50 minutes, until golden brown, darker than usual cause of the caramel dark colour, and a toothpick inserter into the center comer out clean.
13.Let the bundt cool inside the pan for around five minutes, then remove from the bundt pan over a cooling rack.
14.When it's completely cool, place on serving plate.

El molde es una pasada, que chulo queda el castillo. Yo también me estreno este mes en el reto. Me llevo uno de los torreones para tomar con un café, jejejeje.
